Before you submit personal information to anyone, on the Internet or elsewhere, you should be certain that the information will be used only in ways that you have authorized. 

You should also confirm that your personal information will not be transferred or sold to any third party without your consent.

You need to make sure you read and understand the privacy policy of any store that you make a purchase from.  Sure, it might take you a few minutes to read it but in the long run it could save you a major headache.  After you have read the privacy policy, make absolutely sure that you read everything before you complete your purchase.  Before you hit that submit button, double check to make sure that there are not any boxes checked that are not suppose to be checked.  Also make sure you look for any fine print that may tell you to check a particular box to opt out of any special offers or promotions.  Leaving a box checked or even unchecked can opt you in for trouble that you just don't want or need.  

Not all online stores or businesses share your information with other people.  Most respect your privacy. Just keep in mind that there are those out there who don't.

Ordering From Our Store
Bird's Online Store will never share any information given to us during your order process. The information you provide us to purchase merchandise is used for the purpose of confirming and shipping your order.

Our Mailing List
We do not use our mailing list for anything other than to update our customers. If you make a purchase from our store you will not automatically be added to our mailing list. We feel it should be your choice if you want to join, not ours. 

If you would like to receive special offers and a monthly update from us use the link below to join our mailing list. For privacy reasons, we manage our mailing list ourselves. We do not use any group or outside source to manage our mailing list for us. Your email address or any personal information collected for our mailing list will not be rented, shared, exchanged, or sold to any person(s) or business.

Payment Submission
All payments to Bird's Online Store & Web Design by Bird are conducted through PayPal.  At the time of purchase they will obtain your personal information including your credit card number.  Please read PayPals Privacy Policy as it may differ from our own.
